Context

This Government-initiated Programme was set up to improve verification, creating a foundation for the UK to be the leaders in this field. This needed a team to be built quickly, to get the Programme up and running.

Assignment

Alpine was asked to build a team that could flex 'as required' during a three-year Programme, with a wide range of skills and expertise. A complex array of partners, suppliers, stakeholders and customers required careful oversight and ongoing communication. Alpine oversaw the numerous service lines in place for the Programme, adapting them as required, to ensure the required deliverables were in place on time.

Outcome

Within six-weeks a fully operational team was in place, which 'flexed' accordingly. Over 20 different service lines were running at certain points during the lifespan of the Programme. To date, delivery of key milestones has been achieved, within both budget and time.
